No Refund Policy

Because the products are intangible assets that can be easily duplicated or saved once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the payment is completed and delivery is processed through our system.

Exceptions & Delivery Issues

We understand that technology can sometimes cause glitches. If you face any issues like:

Payment was successful but did not receive the download page
The downloaded zip/PDF file is corrupted or not opening

In such special cases, please contact our support team at support@digitalkada.com with your payment receipt within 7 days of purchase. We will manually send you the functional files immediately.
